Nito is the answer to the complexity and user-unfriendliness plaguing hospital dialysis machines.  With clear information presentation and intuitive guidance delivered at precisely the right moment, Nito simplifies the process. A groundbreaking endeavor set to transform the medical landscape with a touch of warmth and innovation.

        Our challenge was to optimize the user experience of the dialysis machines, to make them easy to use and provide maximum value for their users.


        Addressing the complexity and user-unfriendliness of existing dialysis machine interfaces, which posed a significant hurdle for healthcare professionals in providing efficient and effective patient care.
         

        A qualitative investigation has been carried out with users who work in two different hospitals in Barcelona in order to better understand dialysis devices, how they work and what their requirements are.
